Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Parking

• Parking is only allowed in your rental’s driveway. No street parking or using a neighbor’s driveway.
• No parking of RVs, trailers, and boats at the house. Text us at 541.705.2267 to inquire where to park RVs, etc.
• Caldera Springs allows a max of 4 vehicles in the driveway. Extras may be parked at the Caldera Clubhouse.

Check-Out is at 10:00 AM. If you need a little more time, reach out the morning of your departure (ideally before 9:00 AM), and we’ll do our best to accommodate. During the summer and many holidays, we’re unable to offer late check-outs.

Check-Out Instructions

• Clean dishes & cookware. It’s okay to leave the dishwasher running.
• Do not strip beds. Leave blankets and sheets on the beds and towels in bathrooms.
• Take kitchen and bathroom trash out and place it in garbage enclosure.
• Turn off all the lights.
• Secure all doors and windows.
• Final Lock-Up. Close the door and enter 123456* on the electronic keypad and ensure the door is locked (if no keypad, put key back in lock box).
• Report any needed maintenance and damage by texting 541.705.2267
